General Return & Exchange Process
- Consult our customer service (email@example.com) Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason.
- Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.
- Please send the item(s) within 7 business days upon receiving the return instructions. And keep the tracking number safe.
- Refund you within 2-5 business days or prepare new items asap after we receive your returns.
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.
(1) We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
(2)We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
If we have received the product,but you have not received a refund, please check your account statement again. The bank refund processing time will take 7-15 working days. If you have any questions, please contact our after-sales staff.
